Intraceuticals Oxygen Treatments are a new take on facials that involve application of oxygen to the face to help skin absorb the brand’s targeted serums. The treatments have been huge hits with celebrities, including Chelsea Handler, Channing Tatum, Cher, Paris Hilton and Madonna (who owns five machines), even the seemingly flawless Victoria’s Secret Angels lined up for Intraceuticals facials before the fashion show. We can let you in on our own secret, they had them all over there perfect bodies too. Because with an Intraceutical facial there is no downtime or redness, you just glow these are the only treatments they are allowed to have on those expensive faces and bodies.

Our editor Krista had the opportunity to try an Intraceuticals facial at the Intraceuticals UK flagship spa, Champney’s Tring Resort Spa, one of their two locations offering Intraceuticals facials (the other being Champney’s Forest Mere). “It was the most relaxing experience and my skin looked so plumped up and hydrated, I wanted another to see those results again” said Krista. The spa is introducing their Intraceuticals Radiance Oxygen Facials that target premature ageing, lines and wrinkles, dryness and dehydration, dark circles, puffy eyes and pigmentation. Each treatment is customised for your skin by the specialists at Champney’s for an optimal experience.
Each oxygen facial begins with an application of lightly pressurized oxygen that helps apply the serum to skin, which has a cooling and calming effect. The oxygen provides a relaxing and soothing sensory experience that feels delightful on tired skin (ok, all skin). The immediate results are a more radiant, firmer complexions with reduced appearance of fine line and wrinkles. Its botanical brighteners also help to balance skin tone, while Vitamin C fights environmental damage and signs of premature skin ageing. Intraceuticals uses a technique they call “Hyaluronic Layering” which means their 3-step facial system works together. Each step is formulated with hyaluronic acid, an ingredient found naturally in skin, and the layering process helps achieve intense hydration. The layers seal in the nutrients and retain the benefits of your facial.
