Within hours of the much anticipated launch – the West and APC menswear collaboration completely sold out. Getting your hands on a piece was no easy feat considering the heavy stream of traffic caused a cyber crash.
But don’t fret if your computer couldn’t withstand the over accumulation of buyers or you simply didn’t get to your screen in time. The line is now available for pre-order – although West is keeping the drop date a secret. The declaration of the availability of T-shirts, sweatshirts and jeans featured in the capsule collection will be public before you know it. And similar to the announcement of baby West’s controversial name or Kanye’s much-talked about 2009 MTV Video Music Awards slip up – we know he’s not the best at keeping his mouth shut.

It seems Kanye West is taking a break from diaper duty to renew his love of fashion design. The rapper is teaming up with French brand A.P.C. for a men’s collection. Since W Magazine hinted at the collaboration last month, commenting on the “new men’s capsule collection of jeans, T-shirts and hoodies,” we’ve been anxiously anticipating the unique brand.
We don’t have to wait any longer because the brand officially confirmed the collaboration via their Instagram. The picture is a piece of blue denim with a red tag saying “A.P.C. Kanye” with a caption revealing, “A.P.C. KANYE CAPSULE COLLECTION, JULY 14. #apc #kanyewest.”
We can’t wait to see what the men’s collection has in store for us (here’s to hoping for no more fur backpacks).
