Proskins announce gorgeous Kirsty Gallacher as new brand ambassador.

Launched in 2005, British company Proskins have been very clever with innovation in their fitness clothing, making high-tech performance wear to help with your performance and comfort while working out. They’ve announced Kirsty Gallacher as their latest brand ambassador, Kirsty is a great person for them to partner with, she is well known for being personally interested in fitness as well as being the familiar face on Sky Sports, holding her own with the boys. She is in great shape and clearly trains hard, we also know this for sure, as we did a sweaty gym session with her and her trainer, Mel Dean, he means business, that was a serious session.

Proskins sportswear are famous for their variety of workout gear, each designed with different function and technology. Their Active Range for example, has compression technology, enabling a quicker recovery of your muscles post-workout.

Their Slim Range makes your body work harder just by putting it on. According to Proskins 63% of users saw a reduction in cellulite, which is pretty impressive if you ask us.

Also their Gold Range does some pretty unbelievable things too. It’s supposed to be anti ageing by increasing collagen production by 57%.
The new ranges are out now, and we can confirm that they are really comfortable to workout in, you can chose between classic black styles and loud leggings > because we love those now.
Kirsty is super fit and shares her top tips to looking and feeling your best with us:
1. Try to train at least three times a week. I have always been passionate about fitness and I exercise on a regular basis – I always train in the morning before heading to Sky Sports News.
2. Fitting exercise around your lifestyle is the key to success. There has to be a balance between being healthy and also having fun as the key is consistency with your training.
3. Be comfortable when you exercise. My favourite Proskins leggins are the classic black and grey marl leggings as they’re so versatile and comfortable to wear. I love exercising in them and I can also wear them when I’m on the go, from the school run straight to the gym.
4. A lot of women who want to lose weight will only concentrate on cardio, but strength training is just as important to lose weight and tone the body. Do what suits you and your routine but it’s important to mix both cardio and strength work.
5. It’s important to rest and eat well, if you don’t rest and eat, there’s no point in training. Luckily I love healthy food and it’s a way of life for me as my mum is a nutritionist so eating healthily was drummed into us from an early age.
