Sky blues, sunset pinks, stormy greens and black nights – those were the colours behind the latest SS17 collection of fashion duo, Kolchagov Barba, during their SKY London Fashion Week show on Friday.
They joined forces in 2011 – Bulgarian fashion designer, Svetoslav Kolchagov, and Italian marketer, Emilio Barba, when they established Kolchagov Barba.
Everything about the show was planned so well down to the setting where models appeared from a spiral staircase, giving the illusion they’re coming down from the sky.
We absolutely loved the floral pattern throughout the collection and their idea of the use of light and flowty materials for their dresses. It’s such a delicate and feminine collection – perfect for a summer’s evening, we can see it now.
We were also treated to some chick accessories which matched the garments; the oversized hats were such a great touch.
We also saw some some red carpet looks, which we’re certain will make an appearance during awards season – we’ll be keeping an eye out for this one!
