From small town North Carolina to New York, Martha Hunt has taken on the fashion world one designer at a time. Her arsenal of shows includes brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren and Versace. Though she is best known for her modeling campaigns with the boho-chic brand, Free People, and lingerie superpower, Victoria’s Secret.
Recently, Martha was chosen as the new Seafolly girl and is fronting their playful swimwear designs for the new spring and summer campaign. Hunt takes being an ambassador very seriously, only standing behind brands that she feels send a good message.
‘I look for whether or not I value what the brand represents, and if I can help elevate the brand,’ Hunt has said.
The Australian brand has featured models from Miranda Kerr, Jessica Hart and Behati Prinsloo before they hit it big. If the pattern holds true, we can expect some big things to come from Martha Hunt.
Martha’s style is casual yet chic, mixing vintage with modern looks. Apart from favourites like Topshop, Free People and Zara, Martha often frequents vintage boutiques to find unique pieces.
As far as her beauty routine, simplicity goes a long way. After shoots and shows all day, the high fashion model states that little to no make up gives your skin a break. After modeling Martha aspires to write a book, start a charity, travel and finally relax. She is adamant that modeling isn’t forever and her next venture will begin when she is ready. Whether that is in five years or 30 years, Martha Hunt is definitely one to watch.
