It’s Michael Fassbender as you’ve never seen him before. Singing, dancing and….wearing a plastic head. Frank is a black comedy about a young musician (Domnhall Gleeson) who joins a band of quirky musicials, which is headed up (geddit?!) by Frank, a musician who works and creates purely for the love of it, hiding himself behind a giant plastic head.
They huddle away in a log cabin in the woods to record a whole album. They find success and band tensions arise. It’s highly acclaimed and a must-see for those who want something a bit different this season.
