The latest sports documentary to hit the screens after the likes of Closer To The Edge and Senna is Road. Narrated by none other than Liam Neeson, it follows the sport of motorcycle road racing, where men compete at speeds of up to 200 miles per hour on closed country roads.
Ireland and the Isle of Man are two of the few places in the world where the sport still survives, and this film tells the story of two sets of brothers from Northern Ireland, both from a family that have dominated road racing for over thirty years. They are two generations of one family that have been united by both success and tragedy.
