There’s no denying – we do love a bit of Aveda here in the office and this is why we could not wait to tell you about all of the new products they have coming out.

Their latest skincare range, Tulasara, uses Ayurveda wisdom at it’s core. What is Ayurveda  you ask? Well, it’s a system of medicine with historical roots from India, or we might know it better as alternative medicine.

According to Ayurveda, we are all comprised of five elements: infinity, air, fire, water and earth – and moving towards balance between these elements is key in achieving well-being. It considers the mind, the body and the spirit, assessing what we individually require on all levels, to move toward balance.

Aveda have designed their new range ‘Tulasara’ to get your skin looking healthy, balanced and radiant as can be.

The range

Tulasara Awakening Ritual – £27.00

Promotes skin renewal and exfoliation, helping to eliminate toxins and other impurities to reveal radiant skin.

You can also grab yourself the facial dry brush which help massage the skin.

Aveda tip: Use brush on clean skin. Start at the centre of the decollete and move in gentle, circular motions. Gradually work up neck and onto the face, gently sweeping away dull cells. Sweep across eye area from the inner corners, before sweeping the brush in downwards motions from the sides of the face to the collarbone to help encourage lymph drainage.”

Tulasara Firm – £45.00

Lifts and firms the look of skin and helps restore and revive skin radiance, creating a healthier appearance. It contains bio-fermented peptides which help film and lift the skin. Sigesbeckia and almond seed extract helps to instantly tighten the feel of skin, while safflower oleosomes help restore skin’s natural lipid barrier to help maintain moisture.

Tulasara Bright – £45.00

Helps to restore radiance and reduces the look of dark spots, discoloration and uneven skin tone. Licorice root extract helps to reduce the appearance of discoloration, providing a more even looking skin tone. Molasses extract helps to reduce those pesky dark circles, whole glucosamine promotes cell turnover and removes dull surface sells, while hydrating skin.

Tulasara Calm – £45.00

Containing algae extract, this serum helps soothe skin by reducing the look of redness and irritation, while pomegranate fruit extract acts as an antioxidant, helping to calm the look of skin. This small bottle of goodness also contains more than 100,000 red raspberry plants stem cells known for their renewing powers.
