I love a good new food find and was thrilled with a this new range of Macedonian Sauces – yes Macedonian!!!
From Pelagonia, the new Macedonian Kitchen sauces are a range of beautifully-made meze sauces with flavours including Aivar, made from a delicious blend of sweet roasted red peppers and aubergines, and Luteniza, a rich and spicy combination of roasted fefferoni and sweet peppers, carrots, tomato and parsley – this goes so well with BBQ!
