Apothecary 87

Verdict
Firstly, it smells amazing and it lasts on the beard. The label will give you all the technical names of the ingredients, but what you need to know is it contains grape, jojoba, geranium plant (a velvety pink flower and probably the only feminine touch found in this product), patchouli, Australian sandalwood, and essential oils which boosts your natural well-being. So no more smelly beards guys – us girlfriend/wives will love it!
Captain Fawcet Expedition

Verdict
It comes in such a little pot it doesn’t dry out before they get to use it all – like those larger tubs of wax can. It’s easy to take around due to its size, as we know men like to pack light and it totally works. It’ll keep everything in place, all day.
Kiehl’s Men

Verdict
The Lite Flite Shaving Cream is soft, lathers up easily, and it can be applied using a shaving brush, great for a traditional shave.
The Razor bump Relief helps the hairs grow back without irritation on the skin, nourishing and soothing the skin…no more razor burn! Hurrah!
Finally the Post Shave Repair Gel can be used for even more comfort. Providing mild exfoliation, you can use this pretty much anywhere on your body – face, neck, legs, or wherever shaving.
Nivea Men

Verdict
For a cheaper option, Nivea Men’s Post Shaving Balm, works really well. It immediately soothes and conditions the skin, while helping prevent against irritation and giving his skin the long lasting moisture it deserves.
Percy Nobleman

Verdict
Apart from the fact that this comb will literally last for for life – the Percy Nobleman Beard Comb is a perfect sized companion for any guys out there with a beard that just needs a little taming. Beards need brushing through too, just like hair! Your man will have a super lush looking beard with this handy little tool.
L’Occitane

Verdict
This Plisson Shaving Brush is great if he needs a soft feeling brush. He can go quite old school with this one and use hard soap to lather up too, and it will make any shaving cream produce a generous and thick lather. Great quality for it’s price and from a brand we all can feel familiar with.. who knows you might find something for yourself while you’re shopping in L’Occitane?
This Cade shaving cream can be applied using a shaving brush and it helps make shaving ultra-comfortable… Ohhh so smooth!
Kent

Verdict
Kent is well known for their luxury shaving brushes – but if you want a cheaper option, they’ll cover that too. The Kent VS60 brush is an imitation badger hair brush with a little more texture to it. It softens up as it get used – but will offer a little more exfoliation to the skin in the process with its bristly feel.
Fudge Urban

Verdict
This one is favourite with guys who have short hair. Fudge Urban Texture Junk gives his hair natural texture and finish with a real tough hold – without looking or feeling greasy or sticky.
