I was emerging from a tube today when I saw the ad for Zana Morris`s The High Fat Diet. It is a ground-breaking book that rewrites the rules for weight loss, it tells you to eat cheese and lose weight.
Zana has a luxury gym chain called The Library. The Library gyms are stunningly beautiful; the principle is work your muscles, work weights and that efficiently burns fat. Eating fat and protein radically reduces body fat.
Zana has written the book with Helen Foster, who Zana helped get back into shape after she had been eating too many Cornish pasties.
When I tried the Zana diet it was surprisingly successful and the great thing is you don’t have to do it for long before you see results. To help you stay on track Zana came up with a nutritional range called Strong, the most beautiful vitamin packages you have ever seen.
And now she has added Library Leaves, Teas With Benefits. Teas Trainer is a fat burning and metabolism boosting tea containing chipotle chilli, mate, gingko bilboa, and ginseng, which help improve capacity for mental and physical exertion and liquorish that helps cleanse the digestive tract. There is a chilling tea that promotes relaxation called Thyme Out and Tea-Tox which is a liver cleanser made with peppermint, ginger and rose petals. Completely delicious.
My favourite one is Sweet Treat, a cinnamon and olive leaf tea for a natural feel-good-factor and its sweetness seems to control sugar levels and stop cravings. The teas not only taste good, they are packaged beautifully so you want to have them lined up in your kitchen.
Teas Trainer seems to give you a high similar to if you just worked out, it fills you with energy, and it has been travelling with me everywhere.
