Scandal, one of America’s most scintillating and stylish television dramas, is making its hotly anticipated return to the U.K. tonight on Sky Living. The first two seasons of the show, which aired originally in the U.K. on More4, are available for binge-watching on Sky On-Demand in case you’ve missed out. Season one of Scandal saw Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington), former White House Communications Director, launch her own crisis management firm while managing her own scandalous relationship with President Fitzgerald Grant. Season two brought us a rigged election, an assassination attempt on the President and perhaps the biggest scandal of all: the revelation that President Grant had a mistress, who the press quickly identified as Pope. So what’s next for Olivia Pope & Associates in season three?
Pope is tasked with handling her own scandal now that her affair with President Grant is out in the open, but she’ll also have to deal with the bombshell that her father is the head of a covert government agency in addition to the other cases her management firm has taken on. Returning for season three is star Kerry Washington, with Tony Goldwyn as President Grant, Bellamy Young as First Lady Melody Grant, and Friends alum Lisa Kudrow as Congresswoman Josie Marcus.
