They’re back! The Wolfpack comes together one final time to complete the trilogy as the last film debuts 24 May in the UK. This round there’s no bachelor party or wedding but there is Zach Galifianakis’ alter ego, Alan, in all his hilarity facing an intervention courtesy of his Pack. Apparently director Todd Phillips is mixing it up for the finale.
“It is a fitting end to the trilogy,” said Phillips. “Like, plot-wise, what it’s about? It’s not a hangover, it’s not a missing night. There’s no drinking in the movie, or excessive drinking, I should say. It just takes a totally different turn, and it catches the guys two years after the last movie and where they are in their lives. And it’s kind of a movie about a crisis. Alan, his own personal crisis, is probably the best way to describe it.”
See Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, and Galifianakis get into the usual shenanigans and the three films come full circle in the Hangover Part III.
