From the brand who, 14 years ago, introduced a range of healthy, happy, ethical and delicious foods into both the mainstream supermarkets and healthy-living consciousness comes a series of inspirational evenings.
The one-off events will aim to inspire people by way of discussion, debate and interactive activities to be inspired whether it’s through a focus on health, ethics, entrepreneurship, taste or creativity.

Grab your kicks and join the Innocent team at their sports hall where the first fully-immersive event will delve into the world of health and specifically how to “live well and die old”. Joined by TV-GP Dr Pixie McKenna (of Embarrassing Bodies fame), the legendary Olympian James Cracknell and London’s infamous running collective, Run Dem Crew.
Join Run Dem Crew for an (optional) run around West London before taking to the sports hall to find out what role the mind plays in health, how to stay alive for longer and how many squat thrusts it is possible to in thirty seconds!
