Think how many name for it there are! And it’s not as if it’s pretty. So why do we ladies shy away from talking about our ‘lady parts’? Vagisil surveyed 1,000 women and found out that 40% are uncomfortable with saying the word ‘vagina’. And I have actually cringed a little at writing it. It’s a fairly harsh word. It doesn’t sound particularly lovely, but still, avoiding conversation based on it means that girls today are timid about coming forward if they think anything is wrong, and that’s the issue. We’re not saying you should get all ladette on us and start loud conversations in public about what’s going on down there. But maybe put in a little research!
