What’s your dream job? A professional TV binge-watcher? Ooh, how about a serial chocolate eater? Both? Well, don’t be too jealous but that’s exactly what genius chocolatier Paul A. Young did. And it’s pretty amazing.
In collaboration with Sky box sets, Young had the task of dedicating himself to watch 100 hours of Sky series to fuel the inspiration behind The Ultimate Chocolate Box, with nine innovative and delectable themed chocolates.
Motivated by hit TV shows including Broadchurch, Mad Men and The Walking Dead; Paul has used his love for box sets and ingenious chocolate skills to combine the two and create the exquisite chocolate flavour combinations within this special box.
These aren’t your average choccies – flavour combos include Broadchurch’s salt water ganache and clotted cream truffle, Nashville’s lip-smacking pumpkin pie, doughnuts and maple syrup truffle, and Mad Men’s tall dark and handsome Bourbon infused smoky paprika chocolate. There’s even a mint, pine and clove oil with white chocolate flavour – can you guess what series that might be for?
Is your mouth watering already? Well it should be, we’ve been lucky enough to have a taster of each and every of these choccies and we can vouch for the fact that they are somewhat irresistible.

The Ultimate Chocolate Box Set is available to buy in Paul A. Young stores, for £15.50. What’s more, all proceeds will be donated to the Royal National Institute of Blind People. So; series watcher, chocolate devourer AND good-do’er. Sounds good to me…
