WHAT DOES JENNIFER ANNISTON EAT FOR BREKKIE?

Actress Jennifer Aniston is a tabloid favourite for looking pretty damn great for her age. She epitomises a healthy beauty look and lifestyle and frankly, we want what she’s having.

Jennifer Aniston made headlines with her piece in the Huffington Post, encouraging women to be happy in their own skin, ignoring the body shaming they might read in the media.

 

Let’s cut to the chase – we are all about healthy living, eating and attitude. We don’t have time for fad diets or depriving ourselves of nutrition to look a certain way, nor are we up for incredibly indulgent and overly unhealthy diets either. Instead, we like to enjoy life but be mindful about wellness, and make the most we can from what life has to offer us to improve our health to the max.

Jennifer Aniston is a good example of healthy approach to living, the 47 year old loves eating well with plenty of exercise and has even stopped wearing so much makeup recently and says that “ageing is wonderful” and we couldn’t agree more. No matter how famous or wealthy you may be, we can all get in on this approach!

They say the most important meal of the day is breakfast and a vital start to each day. So a good place to begin? We’d appreciate to know how Jennifer Aniston kicks off her mornings, and in a recent interview with Bon Appetit, the superstar revealed that she usually has one of these three breakfasts:

1. A superfood smoothie
2. Eggs with avocado toast
3. Oatmeal, a fiber-filled food with heart-healthy nutrients that lower cholesterol

Ingredients (makes 1)

  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1/4 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
